Kitten Kindergarten
Based on the courses created by renowned Australian veterinarian and behaviour expert Dr. Kersti Seksel, our 4-week ‘Kitten Kindergarten’ course builds good habits right from the start…

Unfortunately, people rarely socialise or train their kittens! The Ninelives 4-week course, for kittens aged 6 months or under, is designed to teach you everything you need to know about raising a kitten. Learn how to prevent and manage unwanted kitten behaviour before it becomes a problem and build great cat habits for life. Bring your kitty in for an-hour of training, problem solving and fun kitty play!

All our training is accomplished through kind, effective, positive reinforcement techniques. Taught by US nationally certified animal trainer and behaviour counselor Rose Tang.

Topics include:

• Proper toys
• Environmental enrichment
• Creating the ideal litter box
• Everything about scratching posts
• Basic obedience - Sit, give paw, come, walk on leash
• Socialisation with other cats and people
• And more! - class includes a range of informative handouts

Requirements
This class is for kitties and their carers together. Kittens must be 6 months or under. Kittens must be current with vaccines prior to taking this class.

Cost
This investment in your kitten’s future is $1400 for the 4-week course and $200 off either with proof of adoption from a shelter or early bird registration.
