Consultations with the veterinarian are by appointment. Consulting times are 10.00am to 12.00pm and 4.30pm to 7.30pm.

 We do our best to keep to appointment but on occasion get behind due to emergency or critical cases. We appreciate that your time is valuable so where possible our receptionist will warn you in advance and offer an alternative schedule. If you cannot wait we are happy for you to leave your cat with us (you will need to fill out a short questionnaire) and we will call you to arrange a pick up time at your convenience.

New clients need to register at reception before being seen by the vet so do come a few minutes early if it is your first time. Alternatively call for a form and fax us your details in advance.

Collecting prescriptions or re-fills can be done at any time but it is best to phone in advance in order to avoid delay at reception.
